England vs India, 5th Test, Oval – Stats Preview

England would take on India in the series-decider at the Kennington Oval, London from Thursday onwards, with a 2-1 lead under their belt. The home team has suffered a huge blow as Ben Stokes has been ruled out with a right shoulder injury. The hosts have made four changes to their playing XI, with Jacob Bethell, Jamie Overton, Gus Atkinson, and Josh Tongue coming into the side.

India’s gun fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is likely to miss out in the final XI to manage his workload. It would be interesting to note if the visitors would play Kuldeep Yadav or will they continue with their same approach of playing with an extra all-rounder?

Dhruv Jurel will replace injured Rishabh Pant in the playing XI and he will look to grab his opportunity with both hands.
