IPL 2025: Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Delhi Capitals – Match Preview

Sunrisers Hyderabad will lock horns against Delhi Capitals in the 55th match of the ongoing IPL 2025 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad on Monday. The Orange Army are on the verge of elimination and this would be a must-win game for them to stay afloat in the tournament.

The previous season’s runners-up have managed only three wins in 10 games and their star-studded batting line-up has failed to deliver the goods.

Pat Cummins’ team hasn’t been able to come up with a collective effort in the season and it has led to their downfall.

Delhi Capitals, on the other hand, have lost their last two matches and it would be crucial for them to get back to winning ways with the competition for the last four getting more intense.

This is the phase of the tournament when the Capitals would not want to veer off the track as the playoffs spot is on the line. In the last game against KKR, the Capitals suffered a 14-run loss and they would want to come up with an improved show with both and ball.

DC can bring in T Natarajan in their playing combination as the left-arm seamer can be handy in the death overs.
