IPL 2023: Delhi Capitals vs Kolkata Knight Riders, Game 28 – Dafanews Match Preview

Delhi Capitals will lock horns against Kolkata Knight Riders in the 28th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2023 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi on Thursday. DC hasn’t been able to win a single contest so far in the ongoing Tata IPL 2023 as they have failed to tick the right boxes.

KKR have also lost their last two matches and they will be looking to get back to winning ways. We look at the current form, head-to-head, players to look out for, and squads of both teams in our match preview.

Kolkata Knight Riders had lost their last match against Mumbai Indians by five wickets despite putting 185 runs on the board. Venkatesh Iyer scored a magnificent century and he is once again going to hold the key for KKR. However, KKR’s top and middle order needs to do a better job for them.

Current form for DC: L L L L L

Delhi Capitals is the solitary team that is yet to win a single contest in IPL 2023 so far. The Capitals’ batters have failed to put on a collective show and it has led to their downfall this season so far. The Capitals haven’t played with freedom and they will need to turn the tables.

KKR holds a slight advantage against DC in the H2H battle.

Players to watch out for: David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Rovman Powell, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Rilee Rossouw, Mustafizur Rahman, and Anrich Nortje will hold the key for DC.
