Royal Challengers Bengaluru will lock horns against Lucknow Super Giants at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru in the 15th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League on Tuesday. RCB have lost two games whereas they won one so far in the tournament.
On the other hand, Lucknow Super Giants registered their maiden win of the season against Punjab Kings after losing the opener against Rajasthan Royals.
Meanwhile, RCB were blown away by Kolkata Knight Riders in their previous match as they suffered a seven-wicket loss. RCB posted a fighting score of 182 but their bowling lacked teeth as KKR chased down the target in under 17 overs.
Virat Kohli continued his rich form as he scored an unbeaten 83 but failed to accelerate towards the end. Furthermore, he didn’t get much support from the other end. Subsequently, RCB’s bowling was taken to the cleaners as they conceded 85 runs in the Powerplay overs with Sunil Narine doing the bulk of the damage.
On the other hand, Lucknow Super Giants came up with a collective batting performance against PBKS as Quinton de Kock, Nicholas Pooran, and Krunal Pandya scored vital runs. Moreover, Mayank Yadav hogged the limelight as he touched the 155.8 kmph mark and returned with 3-27 in his four overs.
Match Prediction: Royal Challengers Bengaluru will enter the contest as favorites against Lucknow Super Giants while playing at home.
