IPL 2025: Gujarat Titans vs Punjab Kings – Stats Preview

Gujarat Titans will lock horns against Punjab Kings in their season’s opener at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Tuesday. Punjab Kings assembled a potent squad in the IPL 2025 mega auction and they would look to execute their skills on the ground.

Punjab have a lot of batting firepower in their squad as they were able to bag players like Marcus Stoinis, Glenn Maxwell, Shreyas Iyer, Josh Inglis.

Gujarat Titans, on the other hand, have a strong bowling line-up as they have bowlers like Mohammed Siraj, Kagiso Rabada, Gerald Coetzee, Prasidh Krishna, Ishant Sharma, Washington Sundar and Rashid Khan.

Both teams would look to come up with a collective effort throughout the tournament and would aim to tick all the right boxes.

Sai Sudharsan needs five fours to complete 100 boundaries in the tournament.

Rahul Tewatia needs three sixes to complete 50 maximums in the tournament.

Rashid Khan needs one wicket to complete 150 scalps in the IPL.

Mohammed Siraj needs seven wickets to complete 100 scalps in the IPL.

Ishant Sharma needs eight wickets to complete 100 scalps in the tournament.

Marcus Stoinis needs nine sixes to complete 100 maximums in the IPL. The all-rounder also needs seven wickets to complete 50 scalps in the tournament.

Lockie Ferguson needs four wickets to complete 50 scalps in the IPL.
