IPL 2025: Mumbai Indians vs Gujarat Titans – Match Preview

Two confident teams – Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans – will take on each other at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai in the ongoing IPL 2025 on Tuesday. Both sides have won seven games each but Mumbai has played one more match than GT.

When these two teams had met earlier in the season, Gujarat Titans had clinched a comprehensive 36-run win after Sai Sudharsan and Prasidh Krishna delivered for the home team. These two players have consistently delivered for Shubman Gill’s team since then and have played an instrumental role in the team’s success.

GT top three batters – Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan and Jos Buttler have done the bulk of the scoring and the trio has played a key role in putting enough runs on the board. The middle order hasn’t had much to do as they haven’t faced many deliveries.

On the other hand, it has been almost a month since Mumbai Indians lost their last game. Hardik Pandya’s team have won their last six matches on the bounce and it is well known that they are a side that thrive when they get such a winning impetus under their belt.
