Mumbai Indians will lock horns against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the 20th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2025 at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Monday. While RCB has won two out of their three matches, MI has managed a solitary win in four games.
However, the five-time champions have received a huge boost as Jasprit Bumrah is available for selection. With MI struggling to get consistent performances, Bumrah’s inclusion will certainly give them a shot in the arm.
MI could not chase down 204 runs against LSG in the previous game after Tilak Varma struggled to get going in the middle. Hardik Pandya was superb with the ball as he bagged a five-wicket haul, which was his first in the IPL.
Furthermore, Rohit Sharma had missed the previous match due to injury and the former MI captain was seen having a bat in the nets.
On the other hand, RCB could only manage 169 runs on the board in their last game against Gujarat Titans while playing at home. The top four batters could not deliver and they must come up with an improved batting show.
